Overview:
The resort designed to bring you the most moderate, cozy and
harmony surroundings of the tropical rain forest. Rooms have
been decorated with tropical plants and trees where cultivated
sculptures would be found at every corner of the landscape.
Genuine pieces of ceramic arts are decorated on designed wall to
reflect the Tropical resort by the sea.
Karon beach is on the west coast of Phuket island. It is very
famous for its beautiful long white sand beach and breathtaking
sunset scenery. The length of the beach is 1,200 m. with no
steep slope, and no sharp rock under the sea. Karona Tropical
Resort is located at the far south of Karon beach, 5 minutes
from Kata Center, 50 minutes from Phuket airport, and 20 minutes
from Phuket downtown.
Kata Center is the center of variety activities such as Dino’s
Park Mini Golf and handicraft street shopping. Karona Tropical
Resort provides the transfer from/to Phuket Airport by advanced
booking or you could hire airport limousine or private Taxi.
Facilities:
"CHILIES" is the 64 sqm. restaurant. This 40 seats restaurant is decorated with
special handmade ceramic table, serving European and East meet
West food with fresh seafood from Andaman Sea.
For the Thai food lover, we recommend our famous Thai menu such
as "Tom-Yum-Kung", and "Pad Thai". Our chef concerns not only
the marvelous taste, but also the healthy ingredients of the
food.
two levels swimming pool! With the concept of tropical rain
forest, our pools are contrived with 2 levels. The top level is
started from the pleasant waterfall, which gradually leveled
down to the natural rock covered with fern and tropical plants
of Southern Thailand. The stream runs down into the large
natural pool and sprinkles over the plants. While swimming, you
could see the pool depths embellished with floral garden.
Moreover, there is waterfall from grand wall with great stream
pours down into another pool connected to the "CHILLIES"
restaurant terrace. You can decide on dinning outdoor at pool
side with BBQ Party or Buffet Party in a fine evening.

Karona Tropical feature 55 superior rooms in 9 low rise
buildings, 37 deluxe rooms with seaview in the main building 4
suites. We have connecting rooms which are sultable for families
as they are two Deluxe rooms with connecting door, and 3
Honeymoon Deluxe, where we have a bathtubs over looking sea
view. You may also opt for one of the four luxerious Karona
Suite. These are connecting rooms of Deluxe and Superior (1
single - 1 double) best for a quality family or friends get
together.
Deluxe : these are the rooms decorated in tropical style. For
your restful weekend you could sit by the window all day with
breeze from the sea and see the spectacular scene of the ocean.
Superior: We have 55 superior rooms. They are located in our
nice landscaped garden area. Fitted in tropical style, with
ceiling decorate in local materials. Enjoy the natural garden
and landscape.
